One area is Vistancia, a master-planned community. Learn more about Vistancia at According to Vistancia Vice President and General Manager Mark Hammons, “We’re seeing a robust sales pace,” Hammons said. “It’s hard to say what 2013 will be like. I can see us selling at our current pace or maybe a little better in 2013.”

Homebuilder Taylor Morrison in February opened its subdivision in Blackstone, one of three communities within Vistancia. “We’ve been selling above our projection and I think we will probably be sold out in Blackstone by the end of spring next year,” said Pierrette Tierney, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison.
